Derrick McIver
Derrick McIver is a professor of management at Western Michigan University and a workforce analytics consultant. His has a Ph.D. with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from Texas A&M University Corpus-Christi. He has published several articles in leading management journals such as the Human Resource Management Review and the Academy of Management Review.
